To hide folders and files such that you don't need to hide them again and again via Windows Explorer, Folder Lock can help you perform such tasks. To do that, simply click here download Folder Lock. Then install Folder Lock on your computer.
Once you are done with installation, run the program. Set a new password of your choice, and then confirm it. After that you will be able to login to the main functions area of the Folder Lock program.
Now close the 'Locker' folder that poped up, and click the 'browse' link which is available below the 'Lock' button. After clicking 'browse', click 'Lock folders and drives' button and select from the list, all the folders you want to protect. For example, lets say there are 12 folders and 3 drives that you want to lock. Click 'Lock folders and drives' button once more and select another folder once again. Do this until you get all the 12 folders and 3 drives in the locked items list.
Now you can right-click the locked items list and select the option "Uncheck all". This will unlock all the 12 folders and 3 drives instantly in one go. Similarily if you right-click the locked items list once again and select "Check All". All the items in the locked item list will lock again instantly in one go. Which means you can right-click the locked items list anytime and have multiple folders and drives locked at once or unlock at once.
