8. How to edit / delete / move Lockers?
Folder Lock™ is fast file encryption software which ensures complete security of data. It provides speedy, fastest and efficient password locking protection through which you can lock files and folders and make them password protected. Folder Lock also offers another valuable property that it does not allow deletion or renaming of locker directly. To edit/delete/move locker, you will need the correct password, without which you cannot access to your locker. It means only you can perform these task by entering correct password.
- • To edit / delete / move locker, first enter correct password to open your locker.
- • Click the ‘Edit My Locker’ button on the left side of the screen and perform these tasks.

Kindly note that by deleting the Locker, you will unlock all locked files and folders in the locker. Once the Locker is deleted, the locking list is no longer useful, since all files and folders you locked will automatically get unlocked in such cases.
You can also move your Locker to a CD/DVD or USB Drive or another partition by clicking the ‘Move Locker’ button provided in the ‘Edit My Locker’ Screen. Select the path where you want to move your Locker and your Locker will move to that particular destination.
If you need extra space in your Locker, you can use the 'Increase Locker Size' option to increase your Locker size. This helps you keep more data in your Lockers so that you do not need to increase your locker size repeatedly every time you add / edit more files into it.
Renaming your Locker is also very simple. Click ‘Rename Locker’ and choose a different name for your Locker. Furthermore, you can also change the password of current Locker by clicking the ‘Change Password’ button.
Folder Lock allows you to create unlimited number of Lockers or different users can create their Lockers with different passwords. With Folder Lock you can create multiple Lockers on any locations to protect your data. Every Locker can then be later accessed by providing the correct Locker Path and Password.
